Whether you’re passing through town or craving comfort food on the go, we’ve got you covered. Want to skip the wait? Just give us a call ahead of time and we’ll have your order ready when you arrive!

​Our bakery is where the magic happens—three display cases filled daily with freshly baked treats, including a dedicated vegan case. From muffins and pastries to cookies and more, there’s always something sweet (or savory!) waiting for you. Looking for something specific? Send us an email and we’ll gladly set it aside so you don’t miss out!
Grocery
Stock your freezer with your favorites from Sanctuary! Our grocery section features three freezers packed with easy, take-home meals—from breakfast options to full dinners and sides. Some items bake fresh, others just need reheating, and you can find all the instructions right here on our website. If there’s something special you’re after, email us and we’ll make sure to hold it for you.
Seating
While we’re a take-out only kitchen, we invite you to enjoy your meal on our cozy outdoor patio. Our self-serve bistro tables are the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sunshine. When the weather’s nice, there’s no better place to savor a safe, gluten-free meal in good company.

At Sanctuary Modern Kitchen, we believe that being gluten-free shouldn’t mean missing out.
After going gluten-free in 2010, I quickly realized how isolating it can feel — scanning menus for the “safest” thing to eat, watching everyone else enjoy the foods you used to love. It’s a struggle that anyone in the gluten-free community knows all too well.

That’s why we created Sanctuary: a place where comfort, flavor, and safety come together. Our goal is to bring back the favorites you miss — the ones that make you feel included at the table again — without compromise. Everything we make is gluten-free, but crafted so well your friends and family won’t even know it.
